Practiced posing for an hour today. Didn't care what I looked like to anyone... I went into a well lit room in the gym, put on my hooker heels and walked away. This was my first time walking like that. I can tell how constant practice will really help.

Moderate workout today, some upper body, no cardio

PT in two hours. I will see how that goes and plan my workouts for the next week or so. I am in limbo because I can't start my new Death Circuit plan and I am restricted to machines. I guess I will do circuit training all week, and hopefully once January hits I will be able to start my new plan.

Happy that the holiday food is over. SO HAPPY. Looking forward to it. Really looking forward to working out and eating clean in the AM. Holday food reminds me why I don't want to eat like that anymore.

I have off from work until January 2, I plan to use this time to spend a lot of time organizing my house, goals and spending much needed time at the gym. This should be a nice break.

made some mistakes the last few days. the injury got to my head and I've been eating off-plan. I am pretty miserable. It's got to stop immediatly and it will. Going to plan my day tomorrow now and head to the gym and do my best tomorrow am. I can't let this get me down.

I received my new plan from sully, I'm going to jump start and begin January 1 or even earlier. I have two meals with complex carbs so I am really looking forward to that. After the holidays it's hard core for me. I will do my 100% best to no longer have free meals. Currently they are allowed and they were allowed through mid- january. Once that day come they go. Yes I am down 40 but that is only the beginning of what I want to achieve. Tomorrow night is another free night. then strict again until Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, then Richard's birthday. Then a few more fridays. that is the schedule as of now.

I'll hold the poses as long as I can. But I want to make sure I am posing correctly. It will be much easier the less I weigh.

up 2.2 lbs from free day. it will be back down by Wednesday...not the greatest day. I am still taking some liberties since the end of January will bring some pretty strict times through October. I know meal 2 isn't what I should be eating. But back in October I took the entire weekend plus Friday off plan so each weekend I improve. And I am still losing consistently now.

Scheduled Free Day today. These are working well for me so far so they stay until Sully says no. Just for the record sully is allowing me a free meal and I am taking the liberty of taking the day off. I still lost 3 lbs this week.

going to do cardio tonight but am really going to try to get some sleep. I am going to bed early but waking around 2:00 AM until at least 3:00 AM. hating it. Yesterday I did the hip abductor and did the entire rack of weights. not sure how much that was but I made 3 or 4 reps.

I have to find a better way to cook chicken. I am the worst chicken cook of the century. I can cook anything but chicken. It's ridiculous! A friend of mine at work offered me a granola bar. I told her that is not on my plan she said it's 100 calories. I said very nice it's not on my plan. She is one person I shared my final goals with at work. I am keeping it quiet otherwise... anyway I said would you like to see my current food plan. So I showed her and now she sees it doesn't fit on my plan LOL. but she did make a comment that it looks like the medifast plan some girls are on at work. Of course I was annoyed. but I kept it in. I can only imagine what medifast is like. Nothing like a BB diet. Blah to medifast!

I am noodle arms today! I can barely type. I love it. Glad I love what I am trying to accomplish here. I am excited when the alarm goes off at 5:00 AM. I love what is ahead of me. Every step of this is exciting. I love seeing changes in my body constantly. When summer hits I'll be so close, it's great!

Lisa left a comment about tracking workouts. I agree. it is good to look back and see how I've progressed. I'm on my current plan for the next 9 weeks or so. during that time I will continue to post memorable gym moments for the day but after when I get Sully's new plan I will log it all. I think the plan will be very strict soon. 45 weeks will be here before I know it and I must be ready.

Cottage Cheese Pancakes

blend and cook like regular pancakes. YUM

they are mushier than regular pancakes but I really like them.
