back training, not very intense I am cranky and having an ugly day. I'm really overtired and need a break. 5 more days and I'll be able relax a bit.
M1 protein shake
M2 protein bar/grapefruit
M3 Shrimp/broccolli
M4 Shrimp/vegetables
M5 pickles... lol
down 40 lbs summaryreally just need a break. here is a leg update from today.
