Strict Contest Prep Finally

Work starts Monday, which is great. I've been home a long time and although it will take time for me to get use to being back in the office it means I am getting my normal life back. I have to admit I am a little anxious about it but it will get easier with time. The first week will be the hardest.

Which brings me to my strict contest prep that I posted down below... No cheats at all, none, it actually makes the prep a lot easier to not eat any junk while dieting. Keeps your mind clean as well as your diet and that is good. Plus I will be on stage this year. This weekend will be organizing the house and cooking for the week and just getting ready for the work week.

My new contest prep plan for Charm City Classic 2008

Here is an example of a figure competitor diet for me and my current weight/build etc. This would not work for everyone but I've received several requests to post a detailed view of what I am eating.

Observations and Irritations

Irritations:
  • When I am on the treadmill, please do not use the one next to me when 10 others are free. Especially, if you are going to wear jeans, a belt a button up shirt and "jog" with your hands flopping up and down as if you were trying to fly.
  • Do your best not to drink a garlic bulb shake pre work out. I would like to be able to use equipment within a 20 foot radius of you.

Observations:
  • While driving, please do not write in your journal and use the phone at the same time. There is something called the side of the road, try it sometime.
  • A license plate with GITRDID is sad, really sad. You have no chance to be successful in life.

Taking Care of your Body is not a Part Time Job.

Eating clean all week only to be followed by a free day or for me what turns into a free weekend....Isn't working for me anymore. The free anything has to stop. It has to be on plan 98% of the time for me, it's not a part time job.
