Goals for the day:
  1. Early Morning Cardio/Leg Day is planned. complete
  2. Drinking 128 ounces of water skipped
  3. Take Cheat tabs before meal tonight skipped
  4. Protein Shakes leading up to 'free meal' tonight skipped
