Funny how you have pre-conceived notions about yourself. I never thought I had good will-power.... I've been dieting since last November and on a strict contest diet for 12 weeks now with 13 left to go. Today was and ice-cream social at work and I had no interest in eating it. So I guess I do have will-power after all.

You become who you think you are, you are your own thoughts of yourself.

Today was cardio only and plan on going back tonight for 45-60 minutes, followed by a protein shake for dinner.

I've also decided to stop weighing myself daily, it really messes with my head. I'm putting the scale up so it's over, I'll only weigh if I have to let Reemo know the number.
