7000 calories - 12 weeks - GO TIME

Goal is to burn 7000 calories a week at the gym. I just started wearing my heart rate monitor to see exactly what I am burning. This am I burned around 650. So tonight, I have to hit equal amount doing cardio. SOB! I averaged 1166 for 6 days at the gym in case I can't make it one of the days.
