There was an error in this gadget

Not so crazy about not following any specific weight training plan. Although I have one, it gets messy this week with days off and odd gym hours. Holidays are no good for training. Today was shoulders. Nothing special so I won't bother giving out details.

I've been riding the expresso bikes lately, I really like them, hard as hell cardio too. I warm up on them, train and then do another 20 minute HIIT training followed by moderate cardio for 40 minutes. Today I burned over 800 calories this AM! thanks to my Polar Heart Rate Monitor for tracking.
