Smith Chest Press 3 x 5 x 65lbs, 2 x 2 x 75lbs (still get nervous to push too much)
Peck Deck 1 x 15 x 30lbs, 2 x 10 x 50lbs
DB Press 2 x 10 x 20lbs, 2 x 6 x 30 lbs
1 hour of cardio
Food - not strict yet...
Down - 28 lbs from 2 years ago 16 lbs from lowest weigh in two years
