Getting my mind straight here, so today I went to the gym. 48 minutes on the treadmill at an average 5 incline. I plan to go daily and starting December twice daily. I may take a day off each week. Once I feel ready I will start with light weights again. My surgeon said it's a go but I want to get some of this surgery weight off me. My eye is on Presidential Cup and I want to make that show.
38 weeks out starts tomorrow.
