Food and Such

FOOD

I am going to post what I will be eating (rotating) for the next 12 weeks (at least) I keep making food so difficult so I am going to get back to basic foods to lose this weight once and for all.

Breakfast:
Egg whites/Turkey Bacon
Egg whites/turkey Bacon/english muffin
Egg whites/shredded potatoes
Protein Pancakes- Protein pancake - 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 4 egg whites, 1/2 cap of vanilla extract. Blend it, pour it, cook it, top it with Log Cabin sugar-free maple syrup and 1/4 cup blueberries hot from the microwave.
Turkey bacom melt EFL/236
Cottage Cheese, berries, splenda
Cottage Cheese, turkey bacon, fruit

Lunch:
Turkey wrap/cherries
Caribbean chicken salad EFL/106
Tuna salad w/cucumbers/WW bread
Chicken salad wrap
Cottage cheese/berries
Deli meat/fruit
Spinach salad, raspberries, apricots, chicken, almonds, raspberry vingrette dressing
1/2 turkey sandwich/fruit
Tuna or turkey, grapes, carrots
Salad w/deli meat or shrimp and oil and vinegar dressing

Dinner:
Teriyaki chicken EFL/177
Shrimp Scampi EFL/167
Sloppy Joes EFL/161
Grilled chicken tuscany EFL/153
Salmon/vegetables
BBQ chicken vegetables
turkey burgers/vegetables
orange roughy EFL/118
lettuce wraps EFL/96
Cilantro burrito EFL/264
