Off-season






















Had a lot going on this year so obviously no shows, but I am going to start a pretty strict off season soon. I took almost 8 weeks off from training and up a few pounds but nothing major. Here are some current pictures of my starting point. I'll post real shots soon.

  2. Good luck. Looks like you have a great starting point, i.e. not much to do to get back into it. One of my issues with taking time off is just that, I get too lazy and have much too far to lose just to get back. My issues are mainly cardio related though.
