Tomorrow is a big day, a year ago I was an idiot and wore heels to work and up and down around 300 plus steps. I went numb from the waist down for 12 weeks again. So it's my last numbness episode anniversary!
I keep teetering around -40 lbs from my heaviest which is good but I need to continue down a little faster. I started tracking my food using ilose it iphone application. Decided to use this instead of fitday since I can carry this around me with and see my food diary and not have to go online. If you have an iphone I would check it out.
4 more lbs and I plan on posting updated photos... I really want the photos for end of this month. So time to hustle...
