Only slept for 5 hours and still had to get up at 4:30, didn't want to miss the gym. Also day began with slamming my finger in the freezer door, hard!

Empty stomach, I know that's bad but I have a hard time eating anything in the am. Typically I bring a Protein Shake but forgot.
It was a killer workout honestly, I really pushed today, more than I have been. I also was sweating like a maniac which I normally don't do. Even my contacts were cloudy! LOL
The scale was really playing games with me I am not up any more than .2 lbs. So trying to get over myself!
