Starting to see some real results in the last few weeks. I stopped planning, obsessing and expecting anything on the scale and now i start losing. I use to fear the weekly weigh in, now I weigh on a daily basis to monitor what I achieve each day. I really love this new way of handling my weight. Keeps me accountable. Plus losing during the holiday time will make it that much easier when I get my super strict contest diet soon.
Only up 16.2 from where I was December 2006 pre surgery, so I am pleased.
