Well I made it through the holiday with only one pound of damage. I hit the gym this am for 60 minutes of cardio and a moderate leg workout. I have a lot of neck pain today so I stayed away from upper body work because vertigo scares the hell out of me again. Especially so close to the vacation. We are heading out on a cruise on 01/04, next weekend! My goal is to maintain while on the trip or gain a few pounds at the very most. I will do training while there and will get my new plan when I get back.
