Doing something wrong

I must be doing too much overhead or too heavy weights. I am dealing with a bit of vertigo again today. I guess I need to go down to much lighter weights and put my ego away for a while. It's so frustrating but cervical vertigo is no joke. Going to pull back - do more cardio and two leg days a week and tons of reps with light weights for upper body again.

  2. you know I was told over head was ok but I don't he knows i am doing 35 lbs dumbbells. So I have to cut way back and no overhead at all
