I find it interesting that I weighed the same amount last year at this time. I love using fitday because it gives you the opportunity to track your food and weight for years and years. If you are serious about fitness, food and your weight it's an invaluable tool. Although home I plan to lose these 15 lbs I've gained back by 01/01/08. Totally doable even without movement. I always found it funny when people blamed weight gain on lack of "time" to work out. Sure.... when 80% of it is diet, go ahead and try to blame your poor time management skills or laziness.
