No I haven't started the diet yet. I hang my head in shame... I just looked at my ticker and I have 6 months and 3 days until my first show. I have all this time to lose about 30 lbs and I'e been putting it off. But I'm going to The Arnold this year and I bought a snazzy top I want to wear and not look like a piglet in it!
