almost 2010 prep time!
01/17 will be the week I pull it together. By the grace of G-d I've maintained through many candy bars, jelly beans and countless pieces of pizza. Plus I've taken time off from the gym. So someone was watching out for me!
Next week is just sticking to macros and no candy. It's time to hang that up until next fall. It's ok though I'm at peace with it! LOL
