I was warned post contest is a confusing time but now that I am living it I really understand it. The scale says up 10 lbs, I'm swollen all over and feel horrible. I started cleaning up my diet yesterday and this weekend I'll go shopping for 90% clean food. Now that I can eat I don't want to. I ordered a lifetime supply of protein bars I don't have any interest in. At least I know better for next time.
Goal is to get this water weight off as soon as I can and see what the damage is.
