I'm doing pretty good today. Not freaking at all. I do need to cut down on the gum still but besides that feeling ok. I did eat some extra fruit yesterday but as far as sins go it could be worse.
I have the remaining workout and most of my new diet. I can't belive all this work and it's almost here. I've already set my sights on post contest and maintanance until January. Looking forward to protein bars and powders again.
