Training with Ike was great. My main goal was to confirm my form was correct and mst things were good but my squats needed help. I did use the Smith today for the first time in several years and it was great. Low weights but great form so I feel really great about it!
Upgraded my goal for Yorton I now need to lose 32 more pounds. To make this goal more realistic I am going to really hustle for the next two weeks by doing double cardio sessions.
