prednisolone is now over all of today! Leg is better but hand decided
to act up this am. Totally asleep all day. I swear this back/neck
injury is a life sentence!

I have been 100% true to contest prep though diet wise! Down 52 lbs
from my heaviest! That puts me at only 20+ lbs to do fall shows.
(Hopefully).
