I'll start by saying down -54.6 lbs. I just took some photo updates but I am disappointed in them.
It just goes to show I have at least 25 more to go. I guess in the scheme of things not a huge deal but I just wish I looked better at this point. I wish I had take photos all along that may help me with my low opinion of myself right now.
Tomorrow is the first week I am really doing my trainining since I had the set back a few weeks ago. So I'll start posting food/training more finally as of tomorrow.
