Yesterday - Training


Trained legs with Tina (see above picture) yesterday, it was pretty brutal and she got in about 40 more lunges than me but besides that I was able to hang.

Split Squats
Sumo Squats
Barbell Straight Leg Deadlifts
Leg Press
Step Ups

More good news on the weight front.
