Slacking ...

Pretty much maintained this month. Slacking in the diet department and it effects my strength gains in the gym. If I really want to compete this year, slacking in the diet department is not an option. I need to start tracking all my food on fit day again. I asked Sully for a new diet so I hope to hear from him soon because I want to start that phase next week.
