Down a solid 5 lbs now. No more up and down the same 5, this weight has held for 2 weeks now. My new goal is 2-3 more for January 4th which takes me to my vacation. I plan to do my best to maintain that week. Once I get back I can start a more strict prep for the fall season.
I was on the elliptical today and right across from the machine is the lying leg curl. This dude in jeans, construction boots and highlighted hair sat there and stared at me for a good 10 minutes. He pretended to stretch and do all kinds of odd movements. I know I was giving him disgusted looks I can't hide that. Yet he still sat there. I finally just got up and moved and he moved too. What a weirdo!
