Sully sent me his new plan for me yesterday. It's a plan to lean out so I am pretty happy about it. It's going to be a challenge but one I want to take. Three days low carb and one carb up meal, 7 days a week in the gym with 5 days of cardio. I am going to stay on this plan for at least 4 weeks and see what he wants me to do next.
I bought a new pedometer since I am obsessed with it! I love it so much, it tells you exactly how many cardio minutes you are doing.
I'll do a more interesting update tomorrow...
