Back -- Row/Lat Pulldown 3 sets of 12
Chest -- Fly/Press 3 sets of 12
Delts -- Lateral Raise/Delt Press 3 sets of 12
Biceps -- DB Curl/Freemotion 3 sets of 12
Triceps -- Tricep Ext/Tricep Machine 3 sets of 12
Cardio as long as I can take it.
FRYE, seems to be ok, but I believe I am going to go back to venom on and off for a while. Especially this week while FINALLY doing sully's cleanse!
