ahhh happy the holidays are pretty much over. At least the excuse to eat is. I wont dwell but I really should have started dieting a month ago. But no looking back. I've held my weight for a year now. I have 4 months to get down around 20 lbs and really bring a good package to the stage. Then Yorton at the end of October. I want to return to Yorton with a whole new physique.
Although snowing out I'm hoping I can make it to the gym tomorrow. ERRR
I was reading blogs on my RSS reader and realized I know you....when I read the comment about Yorton...too funny!
