I can't seem to shake off the pity party thoughts. I really have no excuse to not keep the diet clean and do as much upper body as possible. Yet I still sulk...I must pull it together.

You can do it ....they say, fake it till you make it. So just do it...and all of a sudden you will be where you want to be.:)
