I didn't weigh myself today although I'm officially dieting and tracking food at this point. I am assuming what I weigh... so my weight goal is -31.5 lbs. I don't know for sure but I think that is what I'll need to be competitive this year. Still up 10 from comp day although it may as well be 40 since I feel ICK!
