I started dieting today, although not as strict as a contest diet. I've decided I need to get down to my off season weight. Hold it for a while and see what that is like then diet for shows. I have no idea what I really weigh now because I start to diet then stop and so on... But now that Thanksgiving is over I'm done until Christmas day. I am thinking I need to lose about 13 lbs to get to my goal off season weight but i don't know for sure. I'll do an official weigh in next friday to see the real damage
